Shipping Methods & Cost

We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Standard Shipping – £6: 5–7 working days
  
• Express Shipping – £15: 2–3 working days
  

We offer free Express shipping on orders over £250.

All fees are included in the price, so no additional charges will apply.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorisation.
   
3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
   
4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
   
5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
